Das bedeutet die Abwesenheit von anderen akuten Erkrankungen (z.B. schwere Grippe) oder chronischen\u00a0Erkrankungen wie Bluthochdruck oder Herzprobleme.<br \/>\nBei der Voruntersuchung werden alle gesundheitsrelevanten Aspekte mit dem Operateur und dem Narkosearzt besprochen bzw. Fragen gekl\u00e4rt. Gemeinsam er\u00f6rtern Sie, ob die Operation\u00a0ambulant oder station\u00e4r stattfinden soll. Sie m\u00fcssen sich dazu von einer vorher definierten Person abholen lassen\u00a0und ebenfalls jemanden haben, der sich in den folgenden 24 Stunden (d.h. auch nachts) bei Bedarf um Sie k\u00fcmmern kann.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"large\">Sicher und durchgehend betreut<\/h3>\n<p>Nach der Operation werden Sie von uns drei bis vier Stunden im Aufwachraum beobachtet. Bevor Sie nach Hause gehen, erhalten Sie die Telefonnummer unter der Sie das MVZ erreichen,\u00a0sollten sp\u00e4ter Fragen oder Beschwerden auftreten. F\u00fcr die Zeit nach 18 Uhr erhalten Sie die Nummer des \u00e4rztlichen Bereitschaftsdienstes.<\/p>\n<p>Bereits am Folgetag der Operation sehen Sie Ihren Operateur zum ersten Verbandswechsel wieder. Der zweite Verbandswechsel findet eine Woche sp\u00e4ter bei Ihrem Hausarzt statt. Bei\u00a0Operationen mit Befundrelevanz (z.B. bei Tumoren) kommen Sie zwei Wochen nach der OP zum Befundgespr\u00e4ch mit dem Operateur.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"large\">Patientenzufriedenheit<\/h3>\n<p>Eine Studie* der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universit\u00e4t M\u00fcnchen und der Kassen\u00e4rztlichen Vereinigung Bayerns bescheinigte gro\u00dfe Zufriedenheit bei Patienten von ambulanten Operationen in\u00a0Deutschland:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"infobox\">\n<li>97 % haben den Eingriff mit \u201egut\u201c oder \u201esehr gut\u201c bewertet<\/li>\n<li>94 % der Patienten \u00fcber 65 Jahre w\u00fcrden sich bei Bedarf wieder ambulant operieren lassen. Diese Altersgruppe f\u00fchlte sich zu Hause ebenso gut betreut wie die j\u00fcngeren Altersgruppen<\/li>\n<li>96 % der alleinstehenden Patienten w\u00fcrden sich bei Bedarf wieder ambulant operieren lassen<\/li>\n<li>95 % der Patienten hatten das Gef\u00fchl, dass ihr Operateur\/Narkosearzt jederzeit f\u00fcr sie erreichbar war<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>* Kassen\u00e4rztliche Vereinigung Bayerns (KVB) in Kooperation mit dem Bundesverband Ambulantes Operieren e.V. (BAO) und der Ludwig- Maximilians-Universit\u00e4t M\u00fcnchen (LMU), 2010:\u00a0Qualit\u00e4tsma\u00dfnahme Ambulante Operationen \u2013 Ergebnisse einer Auswertung zur Patientenzufriedenheit und zum postoperativen Patientenverlauf bei ambulanten Operationen. Aus der Patientenbrosch\u00fcre &#8222;Ambulant oder Station\u00e4r \u2013 entscheiden Sie selbst&#8220; des KVB. Die Studie beruhte\u00a0nicht auf einer Erhebung des MVZ Rottal-Inn.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><div id='after_grid_row_2'  class='main_color av_default_container_wrap
